belle crone - Hackney Marshes

from Music For A Walk In London: Vol I by Music For A Walk

about

"This track, 'Remembering what’s to come’, explores feelings of climate anxiety. It begins on a searingly hot day, people splashing in the water. The heat of the day and political and cultural inertia cause a spin-out into claustrophobic loops and drones, triggering memories of the fact that there is a high likelihood of civilisational collapse. Tension is resolved by meditations on nihilism and beauty."

Belle crone produces experimental electronic music in London. They experiment with [re]sampling, loop phasing and tapes. All music is played and recorded live.
